I decided to create Holly Bite Company because my oldest son was struggling with his motor skills and speech ability, then he started to received speech and occupational therapy. I talk to his therapist. Since he needed a boost to progress, beyond the  therapies hi was receiving, I asked the therapist what could I do at home for. him to expedite his progress.  The first suggestion was to see a nutritionist to review his diet. Sugar, among others, was the first thing the nutritionist removed from the list of food he should not have. Trying to find substitutes  for the components of his previous way of eating , I was never able to find a healthy and savory chocolate spread to incorporate on his regular breakfast and snacks, so I decide to create my own,   Over time, I saw  the effectiveness of the changes implemented on his diet, as well as him becoming more independent  and a lot of improvement.. That inspired me to create more flavors and sharing them with my friends.  The positive feedback that I started to receive from my closest friends, gave me the strength to take the leap of faith and start to share with other families looking for healthy options in the market. That is how HollyBite was born.
